Dunes Oman LLC started its operations in 2008 at Salalah Free zone with a capacity of 18,000 MTPA and expanded its capacity to 36,000 MTPA in 2011 and has two Disamatic high pressure moulding lines. This is a 100% Export Oriented Unit producing Safety critical parts for the Automotive Industry for the European and American Markets. As a system supplier catering to the light vehicle, commercial vehicle and the off highway segment, Dunes Oman LLC, with over 200 dedicated employees supplying systems and components to global OEM's such as VW, BMW, Ford, Daimler, PSA and FCA through ZF and Continental Teves, is all set to make it’s mark as a world class player in a very competitive market.

The foundry specializes in the manufacture of Ductile Iron castings in Disamatic lines equipped with Pattern and Die Shop including CAD / CAM / CAE facilities. The product mix focuses on safety critical parts such as Brake Calipers, Master Cylinders, Wheel Cylinders, Steering Knuckles, Torque Plates, Turbo Charger components, Power Train components and Compressor parts.

The quality management system has been assessed and certified to be in accordance with the requirements of Quality standards IATF 16949:2016. Our Environmental management system has been assessed and certified to be in accordance with the requirements of ISO:14001:2015 standards and Occupational health and safety management system certified to be in accordance with the requirements of ISO 45001:2018 standards. Our Information security management system certified to be in accordance with the requirements of “TISAX”.
